Admin Support Officer

The Orbost Exhibition Centre (OEC) Committee of Management, an unfunded community-run organisation, is leading an ambitious plan to create a financially sustainable future for the OEC, increasing our community impact and putting our region on the map.
We are looking for an Admin Support Officer to help us manage the operational workload. This position will be required to work independently, proactively seeking guidance and liaising with nominated contacts from the Committee of Management.
The role is the only paid position within the organisation which has 7 volunteer committee members and approximately 15 volunteers who support the organisation, keeping the doors open.
This is a part-time, fixed-term contract role, 10 hours per week over two weekdays. Opportunities to extend at the end of the contract term are dependent on the availability of funding.
