Corporate Memberships

The OEC is an incorporated not-for-profit organisation. As a community-managed, volunteer-run facility your membership payment provides crucial funds to support our purpose:

“To deliver an ongoing program that fosters and showcases Wood Design, Visual Arts and Performing Arts to Orbost, surrounding communities and visitors to the Far East Gippsland area.”

Corporate Benefits:

Your support will be acknowledged on our website, across our social media platforms annually, at members-only events and on all email exhibition invitations, which are distributed early to all members and newsletter subscribers.

There are three annual corporate membership options:

Maestro Members

Suits larger businesses and frequent venue hirers.

Up to 10 Individual or Patron Family Memberships^ (unlimited dependents**) which you can use for yourself and give to a staff member which entitles the named Members to:
- Invitations and discounts to Orbost Exhibition Centre events and workshops
- Standing invitation and free entry to all exhibition openings (requirement to RSVP during the early release period where tickets are limited)
- Regular Members’ newsletter
- The opportunity to connect with like-minded people, play a role in the future of the OEC and support the provision of arts and culture experiences in the region
- 10% discount on all shop retail purchases
- Invitation and free entry to annual members gala.
- Discounts and perks with affiliates.
Business/Organisation receives 20% discount on all venue hire fees for own use.

Add more individual memberships for $80/individual
Add more family** memberships (unlimited dependents) for $130/family

Visionary Members

Suits small-medium sized businesses, community organisations and regular venue hirers.

Up to five Individual or Patron Family Memberships^ (unlimited dependents**) which you can use for yourself and give to staff members which entitles the named Members to:
- Invitations and discounts to Orbost Exhibition Centre events and workshops
- Standing invitation and free entry to all exhibition openings (requirement to RSVP during the early release period where tickets are limited)
- Regular Members’ newsletter
- The opportunity to connect with like-minded people, play a role in the future of the OEC and support the provision of arts and culture experiences in the region

Muse Members

Suits small businesses and infrequent venue hirers.

Up to two Individual or Patron Family Membership^ (unlimited dependents**) which you can use for yourself and give to a staff member which entitles the named Members to:

- Standing invitation and free entry to all exhibition openings (requirement to RSVP during the early release period where tickets are limited)

$350

Corporate membership payments must be made upfront and paid via invoice. Contact us today to organise your corporate membership!

*All members are approved at minuted monthly Committee meetings, and will be notified of the outcome of their application thereafter. In the rare event a member is not approved, they will be notified and the application fee refunded. A reason for rejection of an application need not be given.

**1 vote per family, 2 adults and up to 3 dependents included in the base fee. Family members must reside at the same address. A dependent includes anyone under the age of 18, or with additional needs that prevent independent living.

^ Relevant family or individual membership voting rights and consitutional member rights apply to the named members. Named members can be updated annually.
